Paitin `monte Bianco Colline Novaresi` Erbaluce, '23 champagne blend and crushed stoneThe Paitin "Monte Bianco" Erbaluce is a significant departure for the historic Barbaresco producer, representing their first foray into Alto Piemonte. Sourced from old vines in the glacial soils of Sizzano, this 100% Erbaluce is known for its high toned, racy profile and distinct saline character.
