Dom. Bousquet Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon '23 osmosis sauvignon blanc this wine is a testamentThis young Cabernet shows deep purple black color with lifted aromas of cassis, violet pastille, and fresh cigars. Aged 10 months in French oak (25% new), it offers approachable flavors of black cherry, cocoa powder, and sweet tobacco that earned 91 points. The finish lingers with vanilla and pencil shavings, ready now with herb crusted lamb chops or cellar for 3 5 years.
